Quick and courteous service! My dishwasher went out and they came to the house on time and fixed it. I didn't get the service person's name but he gave me tips on how to maintain my dishwasher and explained their guarantee as well. Would recommend this business!

Oh my gosh! I haven't had a working washing machine for 5 days. I had another company scheduled from 8-10 to repair my washing machine. When they had not arrived by 11:00 I cancelled them and called Modern Appliance. JR was at my home in 15 minutes and fixed my washer immediately. He even had the valve part on hand. He was very friendly, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. What a blessing!

I called them last minute on a Friday to inspect my dishwasher's problem and they were able to show up same-day. They ordered the part it needed & took about 30 min to repair the whole issue. The only delay was waiting on that part to arrive as it wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday but that comes w/the territory. Great service. Reasonable prices. Very professional. Highly Recommend!
